Timing, Shipping & Returns

Timing

Due to the custom nature of the these products, please allow 3-4 weeks for your products to arrive. We strive to be as efficient as we can, and will get your order into your hands as soon as possible. 

Shipping

DOMESTIC US- $8.50 flat rate shipping for domestic non-bulk orders, and $20 for bulk items. After your made-to-order items are complete, you will receive an email letting you know you order is on its way.  From that point our orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Returns

We stand behind all of our products. Before every item is shipped, it is thoroughly inspected directly by us to guarantee the utmost quality. Due to the custom nature of the products, no refunds or returns are allowed.  Of course, if there is an error on our part, all items must be returned in perfect condition, unused with all tags attached and in the item's original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and we strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method, with a proof of postage, as we are unable to refund or exchange items not received. Sale or discounted items are final sale, and are excluded from our returns policy.

Indemnification 

When doing custom work, it's important to protect other trademark and artist designs.  Because of this require that our customers warrants that it has the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify, defend, and hold Stitched, its officers, shareholders, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, and costs, including attorney fees, in any infringement actions as a result of printing the artwork supplied by customers.

Something looks a bit different

Each piece is handmade so due to the nature of the beast, and circumstances beyond our control there may be minor variations in shade, color, texture or construction from lot to lot. We work hard to make sure each order is to the highest quality.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
